Theatre by the River Presents: Wine & Words

Wine & Words

Poster Wine & Words 2014

We are so excited to present our next production Wine & Words | New Writings with the support of Assiniboine Credit Union. In its fourth edition, the event will take place on March 20 at the Winnipeg Art Gallery. The literary showcase features never-before-published work by 25 local writers presented in the voices of engaging local actors and celebrities.

Wine and Words’ director, Rod Beilfuss — a founding member of Theatre by the River — explains.

Rod BeilfussIt’s a special kind of event because it showcases emerging and established literary talents, whose works are dynamically performed by a local cast of actors, musicians and media celebrities. And you really can’t go wrong with that when you throw a little wine tasting into the mix.
